Meet the team
Ben Thompson
Technical Director
Ben started Majestic Motors in 2015 after a 15-year career in the automotive industry as a Design and Production Engineer, working for iconic brands such as Triumph Motorcycles, Aston Martin, Marcos, and TVR.
At Majestic Motors, Ben heads up the workshop side of the business, supporting technicians and overseeing quality. He also designs and engineers custom components, estimates jobs and assesses and diagnoses vehicles.
Ben has an eclectic collection of classic cars, most - truth be told - in need of full restoration. His favourite marque is Mercedes Benz - between them, he and his partner own a pair of SLs - one classic, one modern!

Lisa
Office Manager
Lisa joined Majestic Motors in 2017. She is responsible for all office administration, as well as looking after customers and helping the workshop by delivering to our specialist subcontractors and picking up parts.
Lisa is partial to a convertible and currently drives a Mazda MX-5 with an extremely fetching duck tail spoiler.
Paul
Senior Technician
Paul joined Majestic Motors in 2018 following a long career in bodywork and accident repair. He is a master fabricator and is generally involved in metalwork repair usually required in the earlier stages of restoration.
Paul restores his own vehicles in his spare time - he is currently completing his VW bay window camper - but his favourite marque is Alfa Romeo, owning both a Brera (daily driver) and a 105-series GTV.
Vic
Senior Technician
Vic is our longest serving member of staff, having joined near to the start of the business in 2015. A skilled welder and painter, he also performs mechanical work, so is a general all-rounder in the workshop.
Vic is a keen motorcyclist owning an original Honda Fireblade and Kawasaki Z1000SX. When he has a week off, it's not unusual for Vic to jump on a bike and ride through France to Italy or Germany!
